WorkForce Software Announces 5th Consecutive
Year of Outstanding Performance
Livonia, Mich., January 15, 2006 – WorkForce
Software, Inc., an industry leader in enterprise time and attendance
solutions, announced today yet another consecutive year of record
sales and profitability. The 2005 results mark the 5th consecutive
year of profitable operations and tremendous growth. Year end financial
results will reflect five (5) consecutive years of growth in profits
and explosive revenue at an annual compound rate of 100%.

many clients going live on the software such as DTE Energy, Southern
Union, Watlow Electric, and DOT Foods. WorkForce released version
6.0 of its enterprise time and attendance software, with full international
capabilities, including support for multiple languages, currencies,
and date formats. In addition to international capabilities, other
enhancements to the WorkForce Solution include a dashboard feature
for visibility to critical time and labor data, multiple new time
entry screens, and enhanced security for strong Sarbanes-Oxley

Numerous Customer Wins and New Partnerships
WorkForce Software substantially expanded its customer base in
2005. Major new customers include Affiliated Computer Services,

Watlow Electric, Las Vegas Valley Water District, the City of Sparks
in Nevada, Carharrt, and in retail, Badcock and Kohl’s (NYSE:KSS).
