Dennis has served on the American Payroll Association’s Board of Contributing Writers, Automated Clearing House Committee, and participated on the Hotline Referral Service. He is an immediate past vice president of the APA and a member of the National Speakers Bureau. He is the former chair of the Best Practices Subcommittee of the APA’s Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force, and in 2007 he was appointed an APA Ambassador.
